Welcome to pvrcinemas.com (the "PVR Website"). The PVR Website is owned and operated by PVR Limited (herein for brevity referred to as "PVR"). By using or registering for pvrcinemas.com, users and the entities or persons they represent ("User" or "Users") agree to be legally bound and abide by the terms, conditions and notices set forth or referenced herein and any other condition displayed on any of the pages of the PVR Website (collectively, the "Terms" "). PVR reserves the right to change, alter, modify, amend these Terms, from time to time, at its sole discretion without serving any notice to you ("Modifications"). PERMITTED USE

You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of sections/pages of the PVR Website for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify, hack, tamper with, damage the contents in any manner or otherwise distribute the information, data, software, photographs, graphs, videos, typefaces, graphics, music, sounds, and other material on the PVR Website (collectively "Content") for any purpose other than to review movies and promotional information, or to purchase tickets for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by PVR to do so. You also agree not to deep-link (linking through any other page other than through the PVR Website homepage) to the PVR Website for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by the system administrator of the PVR Website to do so. Except as expressly authorized by the PVR Website, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such Content. REGISTRATION

In consideration of your use of on line information resources, online fora, ticketing services, products, web directory(ies), index(es), general materials and data, including, but not limited to, search services, suggestions and other content (including third party information, products, materials and content) (collectively, all the services provided to you the User, from time to time whether online or offline referred to as the "Services"), you represent that you are a holder of credit card/debit card or such facilities provided by banks and undertake and agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the PVR Website's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. PVR is not responsible for screening, policing, editing, or monitoring the content posted by Users of communications services, message boards, newsgroups, software libraries, or other interactive services that may be available on or through the PVR Website. If notified of allegedly infringing, defamatory, damaging, illegal, or offensive content, the PVR Website may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such content. USER'S GRANT OF NON EXCLUSIVE LIMITED LICENSE

All Content and source codes is copyrighted individually or as a collective work under applicable copyright laws and treaties, and PVR owns all copyrights in the selection, coordination, arrangement, style of presentation, as now presented or as presented in the future, and enhancement of such Content and as databases pursuant to applicable laws and treaties.

PVR or its Representatives shall not be liable for refund of any amount paid for purchasing tickets on line or availing any other Services on the PVR Website, save and except in the event of proven gross negligence on the part of PVR or its Representatives, then PVR or its Representatives, as the case may be, shall pay liquidated damages amounting to the actual amount paid by the User and actually received by PVR with respect to the purchase of tickets/ updates of member accounts/ purchase of virtual cards / gift voucher amounts / whether through the use of virtual card, credit card charge, card debit card, smart card or cash, which amount shall constitute liquidated damages.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PVR OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PVR WEBSITE. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF PVR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. TERMINATION AND OPTING OUT

These Terms are enforceable, in full force and effect, until terminated by either you or PVR. Upon termination, you must destroy all Content and materials obtained from PVR, in case you are a PVR Club Class Member you must return the PVR Club Class Member card to PVR, and any and all copies thereof, whether made under the provisions of these Terms or otherwise. The PVR Website reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel any or all of the Services at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of any or all of the Services or if your conduct fails to conform with these Terms or for any other reason whatsoever. PVR or the PVR Website will immediately terminate any account which it believes, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with spamming or any other item listed in clause VI above. In the event you so choose to opt out as a user of any of the Services provided on the PVR Website, upon your request the PVR Website will remove you and your personal information from its data base, thereby canceling your registration and permit you to opt out of further e-mail contact (excepting notification of major changes to the Services provided by the PVR) while still allowing access to the PVR Website.

clauses in these Terms Of Use with respect to representations, warranties, disclaimers, covenants, jurisdiction shall all survive the termination of these TOU by either the concerned PVR Websites or you.
 

GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms and the relationship between you and PVR and its Representatives shall be governed by the laws of India. You and PVR agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located Delhi, India. The failure of PVR to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the you agree with us that the court should endeavor to give effect to the intentions as reflected in these Terms, and all the provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and PVR regarding your use of the PVR Website and Services provided, whether on line or offline). PVR reserves the right to change any information on the PVR Website including but not limited to revising and/or deleting Services, features Content, or other information without any prior notice to you.
